  Make a summary of this Gees story of three things:
        a. cooperation
        b. motivation
        c. leadership

Coorporation point

They work as a team and fly together will bring them to the destination faster and easier than flying alone because when a goose leaves the formation, he will feel the resistance of the air is very powerful and will have trouble flying his own and definitely a goose that will definitely come back into the formation. And when the leaders tired of flying geese, he will go to the end of the formation and automatically there will be a goose that replaces other leaders. This is a good cooperation between the leaders with the others because without prompting any other goose would replace.

Motivation point                                                

In a trip to fly to the south must often provide motivation to others and prove when a goose gets sick, injured, or tired, and he must leave the formation. Other geese leave the formation will also be well and chose to fly with the geese who are sick, tired, hurt to help him out and protect him and give motivation to the geese who are sick to stay and they will stay with him until he could fly back to the formation or make another formation or to death.

Leadership point
